All Thomas supplied products carry a full 12 month factory warranty, supported by Thomas Automatics

Our Customer Service team are available 0830-1730, Monday to Friday, to handle any technical questions, requests for spare parts, or to arrange field service visits and installations, as required.

Eurocoin Systems also offer full field support packages to our Thomas change machine clients seeking a monthly, all-inclusive service and preventative maintenance contract. These contracts are widely used by many of our clients, and offer a 48 hour on-site response across the UK, ensuring that your important commercial operations are efficiently supported and machines are quickly restored to 100% functionality.

Service Contracts

*A PPM is a Planned Preventative Maintenance visit (Annual Service)

This PPM engineer visit includes a full machine clean, replacement of lighting and coin mechanism looms, replacement of lamps, plus an update of coin mechanisms and note acceptors to the latest software for their type

Service contracts include;

  • Annual machine service (PPM) (for Large Machines only)
  • Full onsite service, all parts and labour included
  • Free technical helpline
  • Reactive call-out within 48 hours (Mon – Fri excluding public holidays)
  • Technical support calls responded to in no more than 4 hours
  • All updates for new coins or notes
  • 15% discount on future upgrade packages

* Please note that service contracts will not cover careless misuse or failure to keep machine cleaned internally.

** Direct Debit payments can be cancelled by the customer at anytime, subject to receiving full payment for service contract.

Payment must be received in full or 1st DD payment before the PPM or any work can be carried out. Failure to pay may result in the contract being put on hold or terminated

Field Service

As well as our Field Service & Maintenance contract offers, we also provide customers with a choice of Planned Preventative Maintenance packages, offering Annual & Interim servicing, pre-season servicing and/or emergency call-out.

Our fully trained Field Service Technicians provide a nationwide coverage on all Eurocoin Systems & Thomas products.

Advance Replacement

As well as offering a nationwide coverage via our Field Service Technicians we also offer an Advance Replacement service for when speed is of the essence and machine down-time is critical. Simply call our Service & Support Team to arrange the next day delivery of your advance replacement part. Once you have received the A/R part, simply return your faulty item to us.

Bench Repairs

If any part of your change machine develops a fault, you can return that part to us for repair and return. All items are repaired by the Thomas approved service providers E-service.  As Europe’s largest dedicated and independent supplier of specialist repairs E-Service provide support and upgrades for a huge range of technical components installed in gaming, vending and kiosk equipment.
