Are your service engineers able to work on gaming devices in the UK?
Yes, E-Service (Europe) Ltd holds a UK Gambling Commission Licence #000-035685-N-317488-001 which enables our engineers to “…supply, install, adapt, maintain or repair…a gaming machine or part of a gaming machine”
Are your engineers Health & Safety compliant for field service work on our sites?
Yes. We are an Altius-approved Vendor, Award Number #430323. This accreditation covers all appropriate UK field service activities for our engineers in your venues and operations.
Do I have to sign a contract with you?
We can offer you an hourly or daily rate for our field engineers, if you prefer, so no 12 month extended contract is required at all. What we will do, though, is make sure we both have agreed a clear written ‘Task’ for our engineers to complete for you.
How do I book a service call?
Our UK national field service team are all coordinated from our service hub. You simply call 01707-280050 or email E-Service Support to make a booking for one of our engineers
How do I know the work will be completed to the correct standard?
