Altius is an SSIP Contractor Assessment and Accreditation Scheme that is used by a wide variety of clients and other organisations as a Stage 1 Contractor Assessment as detailed in the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 (CDM) approved code of practice.

E-Service and its Directors hold a UK Gambling Commission licence, authorising them to conduct technical service, installations and support on gaming hardware and systems across the entire spectrum of casinos, AGCs, Betting Shops and Bingo venues.

Eurocoin Systems are installed and supported on your sites by our field service division, E-Service (Europe) Ltd.

Eurocoin Systems and networked products are used extensively across the gaming, retail, transportation, amusement & leisure markets. Our national network of E-Service engineers provide installation, service and technical support in venues as diverse as coastal piers, major brand retail stores, national railway stations and motorway services.

Of course! Eurocoin Systems commercial proposals are typically a turn-key deal, including logistics, delivery to site & installation by our experienced engineers.

How will my staff get trained on the products and systems?

Our complete support package involves on-site training for you and your colleagues, plus the supply of User Manuals and full access to our highly-rated After Sales Support team, once the install is complete.

Do I need to do any site preparation before you do the installation?

Very good question! Yes, this might be needed. Typically we would work with you to prepare a timetable for the run-in to the installation. Tasks that are related to the site preparation, like network cabling, will be clearly defined between us. Any problems, and you just give us a call so that we can resolve them together.
